As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T. A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $647,869.62. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $32,393.48 and previous payments of $501,117.50, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $114,358.63. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the completion of the subcutting, concrete curb <br />placement, and bituminous wear paving on Dianna Lane along with the wear paving on <br />Ontario Road. We have inspected the work preformed by T. A. Schifsky & Sons and find <br />it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
