All of the service hours are based off of the Route 71 K & L branches. The <br />time point for determining the service levels for Metro Mobility are time point #3 at <br />Sloan Place and Roselawn Ave. which is within 41 of a mile of Little Canada. In other <br />words the 34 mile swath that extends out on all sides of this route and time point affects <br />Little Canada. <br />There is one thing that -1 did discover and that is we made two minor rounding errors. <br />Weekday Metro Mobility service hours are currently listed from 4:45 AM to 11:30 PM. These <br />will be changed to 4:30 AM to 11:45 PM to reflect the correct rounding down to the nearest <br />15 minute increment in the AM and rounding up to the nearest 15 minute .increment in the <br />PM. All other times have been calculated correctly. Changes will be made immediately to <br />our system to reflect the adjusted weekday hours. <br />I am very sorry you had to deal with this issue. The resident should have contacted our <br />office for an explanation regarding how community hours are calculated. We have addressed <br />the issue with our contractor's drivers. Specifically, drivers have been told that cities <br />do not set the service hours for. Metro Mobility in their community. <br />I am hopeful that this .information will help make it clearer how service hours are set in <br />Little Canada. I am never opposed to meeting with a city, however, the date of the 12th <br />happens to be my 20th wedding anniversary and my wife and 7. have plans for that evening. <br />Is there another way T can assist you with .information?
