D. Non - commercial greenhouses and conservatories. <br />E. Swimming pool, tennis courts and other recreational facilities which are <br />operated for the enjoyment and convenience of the residents of the <br />principal use and their guests. <br />F. Accessory buildings, accessory recreational buildings, garden sheds, and <br />similar buildings for storage of domestic supplies and non - commercial <br />recreational equipment or use, subject to size, setback, and other <br />regulations in Section 903.020. <br />G. Boarding or renting of rooms to not more than two (2) persons. <br />I. Public pedestrian trails (as defined by Section 902 of this Ordinance) but not <br />public parks. <br />905.040. CONDITIONAL USES. (Requires a conditional use permit based upon <br />procedures set forth in and regulated by Section 921 of this Ordinance.) <br />A. Public regulated utility buildings, utility cabinets or infrastructure, and /or <br />similar structures which are necessary for the health, safety and general <br />welfare of the community, provided that: <br />1. Confonnity with the surrounding neighborhood is maintained and <br />required setbacks and side yard requirements are met. <br />2. Equipment is completely enclosed in a permanent structure with no <br />outside storage. <br />3. Adequate screening from neighboring uses and landscaping is provided <br />in compliance with Section 903.020, G of this Ordinance. <br />B. Farm Buildings, farm equipment and fanning activities limited to crop <br />production only (no farm animals) provided that: <br />1. The provisions of Section 921.010, C of this Ordinance are considered <br />and satisfactorily met. <br />905.050. LOT REQUIREMENTS AND SETBACKS. (See Figure 905 -1) For prerty <br />final platted into buildable lots prior to March 1, 2008 „)he following minimum <br />requirements shall be observed in an "R -1” District subject to additional requirements, <br />exceptions and modifications set forth in this Ordinance. <br />A.
