The changes to the previous draft language are summarized as <br />follows: <br />® Revised the Major Auto Repair section to create a license provision and cap <br />licenses at a maximum of ? (reference from previous Council discussion). <br />® Revised the Outdoor Storage provisions to delete references to Interim Use <br />Permit and replace with requirements for Conditional Use Permit. <br />® Added lighting requirements missing in the original draft. <br />® Added a catch -all phrase relating to `other provisions of the City Council ". <br />® Highlighted two particular provisions that were either not resolved or discussed at <br />the previous meeting: <br />o Maximum amount of outdoor storage on a lot, related to building size; <br />o Requirement that smaller pieces of equipment be required to be stored <br />within containers or on trailers. <br />Staff will be prepared to discuss these remaining issues at the Council meeting on <br />January 30th <br />pc: Kathy Glanzer <br />Steve Westerhaus <br />Lee Elfering <br />1 <br />
