EXHIBIT A <br />Legal Description of Property <br />Property located in Ramsey County, MN <br />That part of the Southeast Quarter (SE '/4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW 1) of Section five (5); Township twenty - <br />nine (29), Range twenty -two (22); described as follows: Commencing at a point on the South line of the Southwest <br />Quarter (SW 'G) of Section five (5), Township twenty -nine (29), Range twenty -two (22), distant 556 feet West of <br />the Southeast corner of said SE '/ of the SW '/ of Section 5, Township 29, Range 22; thence West along the said <br />South line of Section 5 to a point on the Easterly line of the Centerville Road; thence North and Northeasterly along <br />the Easterly line of the Centerville Road to a point, which point is 556 feet West of the East line of said SE'/ <br />of the SW 'L, of said Section 5; thence South and parallel with the East line of said SW 14 of Section 5; to the point <br />of beginning.
