2005 GOAL SETTING SESSION
Eighteen participants offered their suggestions for goals that the City should accomplish
during the year 2005. These goals were recorded, participants ranked the goals, and the
rankings were tabulated based on the scenarios attached.
Each person ranked their top ten goals from the list of 39 items generated at this workshop.
The rankings assigned 10 points for the top goal priority, 9 points for the second, 8 for the
third, etc. Tabulations were done based upon the total points received for each goal.
Tabulations were broken down by elected officials, non - elected officials, and a total for all
participants.
Priority rankings were assigned based upon number of votes of all participants.
