Hanson <br />TO: Mayor Blesener & Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: February 22, 2008 <br />RE: Call for Workshop with Ryan Industrial Park Owners and Other I -1 Zoned Property <br />Pursuant to the Council's commitment to the Ryan Industrial Park property owners, we need to schedule a <br />workshop with them to review where we are at relative to the outdoor storage ordinance revisions for that <br />zoning district. Staff is suggesting we may want to hold this workshop prior to the Planning Commission <br />meeting on March 13i1' at about 5:30 p.m. Subject to the outcome of that meeting, the Council should be in <br />a position to process the necessary code amendments in our April Planning cycle. <br />Other dates could also work, so please bring your calendars. <br />1 <br />
