I have mailed several notices to the owners notifying them of the public <br />nuisance violation, but neither have responded or cleaned up the property. <br />The properties and their violation are as follows - <br />1) 2632 -38 Ruth Street — Garbage dumped along the driveway. <br />2) 2620 -22 Jackson Street — Junk and debris tliroughout front yard of the <br />property. <br />City staff sent a final letter to both homeowners and also posted notice on the property <br />requesting these violations be corrected by Tuesday, April 8, 2008 or staff would <br />recommend abatement of the nuisance. 1 will do an inspection on Wednesday, April 9. <br />If the violations are not corrected, I will have a memo in the additions requesting <br />approval for staff to proceed with abatement of the nuisances. <br />1 <br />
