Other liquor license fees with no increases being recommended at this time by City staff <br />are: <br />2 a.m. Liquor License 1/2 of the State License Fee <br />On -Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Malt Liquor $150 <br />Off -Sale 3.2 Intoxicating Malt Liquor $150 <br />Please note that State Statute requires that a Public Hearing being held to consider <br />increases in Liquor License fees. Staff is recommending that the Council call a Public <br />Hearing for the March 12`x' Council meeting. <br />6 <br />
