There bids are as follows:
Stonhard, Inc.
TMI Coatings, Inc.
SwedeBro Resurfacing
$18,750
$18,990
$19,900
We conducted a visual inspection of the Stonhard product at the New Brighton Public
Safety Building and found it to be very durable.
$15,000 was budgeted for this project. The City Administrator has suggested that the
balance of the cost could be appropriated from the Infrastructure Fund.
Based on the bids received and research of the different products and installers, staff
recommends going ahead with the bid from Stonhard, Inc. in the amount of $18,750.
