I tansnn <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: March 21, 2008 <br />RE: On -Site Sanitation <br />Request for Reconsideration of Non- Renewal of Disposal Site Permit <br />Dave I-Iolm, On -Site Sanitation, has asked to appear before the Council to request <br />reconsideration of action to not renew the disposal site permit that On -Site has at its <br />Woodlyn Avenue facility. Mr. Holm has been advised that there will be only three <br />Council Members present at Wednesday's meeting. He acknowledged that, and still <br />wants to appear at the March 26th meeting rather than delay his request to April. <br />He has also been advised the public hearing on this matter is not being re- opened. <br />Rather, Mr. Holm has the opportunity to present his side of the issue. If he provides you <br />with infortnation that warrants a different action than was taken on February 27, 2008, <br />then a motion to reconsider will need to be passed before modifying your decision. <br />cc: Dave Holm, On -Site Sanitation <br />
