MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 12, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a regular meeting of the City <br />Council of Little Canada, Minnesota was convened on the 12th day of <br />March, 2008 in the Council Chambers of the City Center located at 515 <br />Little Canada Road in said City. <br />Mayor Bill Blesener called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. and the <br />following members of the City Council were present at roll call: <br />CITY COUNCIL: Mayor Mr. Bill Blesener <br />Council Member Ms. Barbara Allan <br />Council Member Mr. John Keis <br />Council Member Mr. Rick Montour <br />ABSENT: <br />Council Member Mr. Michael McGraw <br />ALSO PRESENT: City Administrator Mr. Joel R. Hanson <br />Cable TV Producer Mr. Kevin 1- Ielander <br />City Clerk Ms. Kathy Glanzer <br />MINUTES Ms. Allan introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION NO 2008 -3 -63 - APPROVING THE MINUTES OF <br />THE FEBRUARY 20, 2008 SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING AND <br />THE FEBRUARY 27, 2008 REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AS <br />SUBMITTED <br />LIQUOR <br />LICENSE <br />FEE <br />INCREASE <br />The foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Keis. <br />Ayes (4). <br />Nays (0). Resolution declared adopted. <br />Mayor Blesener opened the Public Hearing to consider the following <br />increases in liquor license fees: <br />2007 2008 <br />On -Sale Liquor License $3,700 $3,923 <br />On -Sate Wine License $535 $567 <br />Off -Sale Liquor License $150 $380* <br />*Reduction to $280 if compliance with State Statute 340.408, Subd. 3. <br />Blesener noted that in 2006, the City Council agreed to the concept that <br />On -Sale Liquor :License and On -Sale Wine License increases for the next <br />4 <br />
