The parties retain the right to conduct meetings through other <br />electronic means as is acceptable to both parties. <br />SECTION 4 <br />AGREEMENT SUBJECT TO DATA PRACTICES ACT <br />This Agreement shall be subject to the Minnesota Data Practices Act, at <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 13, comparable provisions and Federal Law. <br />SECTION 5 <br />MEDIATION OF DISPUTES <br />Any and all disputes between the parties under and concerning this Agreement, <br />including its formation and the entering into the clause itself, shall be subject to <br />mediation. The dispute shall be submitted to a mediator selected and agreed upon <br />by the parties within thirty (30) days. In the event that the parties cannot agree to <br />a mediator, a mediator shall be chosen by the Chief Judge of the Ramsey County <br />District Court. The costs of mediation shall be equally divided between the <br />parties. <br />SECTION 6 <br />COMPLETENESS OF THE AGREEMENT <br />This document contains all the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and any <br />alterations or variations of the terms of this Agreement shall he invalid unless made in <br />writing and signed by the parties. There are no other understandings, representations or <br />agreements, written or oral, not incorporated herein. If any part of this Agreement is <br />declared null and void by law, the remaining paragraphs of said Agreement shall be valid. <br />SECTION 7 <br />CONTROLLING LAW <br />This Agreement is made pursuant to Minnesota State Law and Minnesota: Statutes:§ <br />471.59 (Joint Exercise of Powers). In the event of a dispute, the laws of the State of <br />Minnesota shall be controlling. <br />5 <br />
