3. 1 would like to request approval of two future signs, one which will be
installed in the future in the front of the building and one on the side of the
building for the new tenant. The dimensions in the front will be 20' high
based on my square footage and 155 sq. ft. maximum sign area. The
signage for the side of the building will not exceed 4'x 10'.
Total square footage of the proposed signs including the existing 44 sq. ft. sign currently
on the front of the building would be 239 sq. ft. which is well below the 528 sq. ft. I'm
allowed given the 90' x 145' dimensions of my building.
4. 1 would like to request putting a commercial dumpster in the back of any
property for a period of 10 days at a time up to 8 times a year during our
busy season to handle overflow. This is covered and presented no debris
issues in the past.
5. 1 would like to request to leave my gazebo display, currently installed on the
side of nay building there on a permanent basis. It is esthetically pleasing
and has presented no issues or problems. It helps compliment the sale of
are other products. Additionally, significant storage space is required to
store it which 1 do not currently have.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.
Sincerely,
Rob- Maietta
Country Drive Partners
3
