b. The property owner makes additional architectural <br />improvements to the facade of the building that limit metal <br />siding exposure from the public right of way. <br />c. The property owner makes additional site improvements, <br />including pavement, curbing, and landscaping. <br />Proposed New Definitions: <br />Outdoor Storage: An accessory use of property for storage of equipment or materials that <br />do not need protection from the weather, or the keeping of utility trailers (but not <br />including semi - trailers) no greater than twelve (12) feet high, eight (8) feet wide, or thirty <br />(30) feet in length, in which materials are housed, or on which equipment is stored. No <br />trailers (including semi - trailers) may be used to house continuous accessory storage, and <br />all such trailers must be moved off -site no less than twent five 25 .ercent of the ear. <br />Outdoor Storage Equipment: Mechanized construction equipment and the like <br />which is capable of moving under its own power. <br />Outdoor Storage Materials: Any other item that is stored outdoors awaiting <br />processing on site or shipping to other locations off-site, including construction materials, <br />parts, raw materials, or finished products. <br />Salvage Vehicle Repair: A use of land in which unlicensed or inoperable <br />vehicles, including salvage vehicles, clips, and /or other parts are being stored on site for <br />commercial restoration and rebuilding, or for disassembly, serving as a source of parts or <br />components for the re- manufacturing and /or re- assembly of motor vehicles on the same <br />property and as a part of the same business. This use is distinguished from the storage <br />and resale of such salvage vehicles and parts, which is not an allowed in the City of Little <br />Canada. <br />Off -Site Outdoor Storage: The storage of materials and /or equipment on a <br />property as an accessory use, where the owner of the materials and /or equipment operates <br />the principal business on another parcel than the one on which the principal business is <br />located. <br />10 <br />
