Bid Alternate 2 listed in the tabulation is <br />for the sanitary sewer extension we asked for to serve the Richie Place /Sculley properties to avoid the <br />need for multiple lift stations. <br />The base bid will be either $1,780,023 from C. W. Houle or $1,802,986.88 from T. A. Schifsky and <br />Sons, depending on whether or not Maplewood chooses go with Alternate #1. The City Engineer is <br />putting together a report that documents the economics of the sewer extension /no lift stations versus no <br />extension and lift stations. This report will be available for Wednesday's meeting. <br />1 <br />
