Hanson <br />Attached is a Property Damage Release which the League of Minnesota Cities Insurance <br />Trust requests that the City execute relative to the claim involving the damage to the City <br />Center building in January of 2007. The release is needed by the insurance company in <br />order to close the claim. <br />Attached are the details of the claim which amount to $47,756.05. It should be noted <br />that the insurance company provided for some depreciation of the office equipment <br />($256.25). The total cost of City Center repairs were $59,903.63. Therefore, the costs <br />beyond the $47,756.05 claim are the responsibility of the City. <br />The City has received $45,256.05. Upon execution of the Property Damage Release, the <br />City will receive reimbursement of its $2,500 deductible. <br />1 <br />
