PETITION FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA <br />Little Canada, Minnesota June 3, 2008. <br />To the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br />We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 25 percent of the real property in the City of <br />Little Canada, County of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, more particularly described as <br />follows: All of Blocks 1 through 11, Canabury Townhouses, according to the plat thereof on <br />file and of record in Ramsey County; a map of which is attached as Exhibit 1, hereby petition <br />that the City hold a public hearing to determine whether such area should be declared a <br />Housing Improvement Area pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 428A. The undersigned <br />owners understand that, if enacted, all owners in the proposed district will be subject to fees <br />related to future improvements in the district.
