June 3, 2008 <br />Mr. Joel Hanson <br />City Administrator <br />City of Little Canada <br />515 East Little Canada Road <br />Little Canada, Minnesota 55117 <br />Dear Joel, <br />The task of writing this letter is bittersweet, but they say 'timing is everything' <br />and hopefully they are right. <br />While I have thoroughly enjoyed the opportunity of serving the city of Little <br />Canada as their Fire Marshal and being part of the Little Canada team, I think it's <br />time to 'pass the torch'. I feel confident that Jim Lee will serve the city well. He <br />is assertive, knowledgeable and has the stamina that is required to do the job. <br />Please accept this as my notice of resignation.
