Outside Parking Lot Security * Two Ramsey County uniform officer around the parking lot front and back - 1 Hmong officer can speak both language as Hmong and English and understand the culture system from 10:PM- 2:AM - 1 American Officer that can backup or partnership with the Hmong Officer (these officer can work outside parking lot or coming inside the restaurant for Any purpose of needed) from 10:PM to 2:AM. Inside Establishment Security * Three security staff working inside the restaurant I- check id front entrance 1- check id back entrance 1- check around inside the restaurant positioned at hot spot that might cost trouble * All security inside and outside must wear security uniform that can identify as security staff * Card customer's ID's at the main entrance door all the time starting at 8:pm until end * Children under age should leave the restaurant at 8:pm 3. Bartenders and Servers * Increasing up to 10 waitresses -all waitress must have server training in order to serve in the restaurant -All waitress must wear uniform to identify as employee(staff) - All waitress must be able to watch for obvious intoxicated customers 4. Conception Display License * Allow for occasion only * Limited used, not individual can bring to the restaurant * Permit per arrangement use only (if any un- behavior use hot liquor in the restaurant will be ask to leave) Note: the most important thing to have conception display license is that our people need to do some culture expectation toss while they worship for some spiritual.
