EXTRACT OF MINUTES <br />OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA <br />JUNE 11, 2008 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Little <br />Canada, Ramsey County, Minnesota was duly called and held at the City Center of said City on <br />the 11th day of June, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />Blesener, Allan, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. <br />And the following were absent: None. <br />Council Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT <br />AS OUTLINED BELOW FOR <br />PROPERTY DIVISION DB070343 <br />WHEREAS, <br />Ramsey County has informed the City of Little Canada of property division DB070343, <br />combining two parcels into one. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />There are outstanding assessment balances on each of these parcels. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE <br />CANADA hereby approves the Assessment Reapportionment as follows: <br />OLD ASSESSMENT — <br />PIN 07- 29 -22 -21 -0090 $1,366.00 <br />PIN 07- 29 -22 -21 -0108 $4,098.00 <br />ASSESSMENT REAPPORTIONMENT — <br />PIN 07- 29 -22 -21 -0171 $5,464.00 <br />The adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />2 <br />
