The references to busses and related equipment be removed and the wording be <br />more generic to allow for other business to occupy the property. <br />2. Removal and replacement of the chain link fence to allow for landscaping as a <br />screening material. <br />3. Removable of MOST of the retaining wall areas along Spruce Street and <br />replacing with suitable landscaping for Tri -state Bobcat. This will include an <br />equipment display area and a place for there sign. <br />4.
