This plan meets that recommendation, however the <br />ordinance only requires /0 feet wide aisles. The City Council may wish to address <br />any concerns with the ordinance as a separate matter. <br />f. The applicant verifies compliance with the site lighting requirements in paragraph <br />15. <br />15. All lighting shall be hooded and so directed that the light source shall not be <br />visible from the public right -of -way or from neighboring residential uses, and <br />shall be in compliance with Section 903.020.I of the Zoning Ordinance. The site <br />plan does not detail the layout of the site lighting — this requirement shall be a <br />condition of approval. <br />The applicant provided a lighting plan at the Planning Commission meeting that <br />appears to meet this requirement. <br />g. The applicant provides a final landscaping plan. <br />The applicant has provided a landscaping plan with the supplementary material. <br />h. The applicant provides a site plan containing specificity relative to outdoor <br />storage locations and sizes. <br />The applicant's supplementary plans meet this requirement. <br />Summary <br />The applicant's revised plans meet most of the outstanding issues. As noted, the <br />issues that are as yet unaddressed include the descriptions of the storage to verify its <br />compliance with paragraph 5 (size and mobility of storage) and paragraph 8 (height of <br />storage).
