E.g., front or back half in
reusable condition. Accident vehicles are usually destroyed. Some of the accident
vehicles may eventually be sold for clips but only after being returned to the
insurance company.
•1• Auto Rescue tows vehicles for accidents, snow emergency, impound and private
parties. They never have possession of a vehicle for more than 45 days.
Auto Rescue does not own, work on, sell parts from or dismantle cars. They tow,
store and return vehicles. On Monday, May 5, they had recovered nine cars that
were all returned by Monday afternoon.
They will have % acre for storage allowing for a service isle and snow removal,
they should never have more than 45 cars stored. They are anxious to expand
with more city contracts; however, 1 am unwilling to provide them with any more
land.
•S The new chain link fence and gate are for security. Half of the gate is shared by
the 196 Ryan Lane property, which is not being amended.
•1• Auto Rescue has made arrangements to store the inoperable vehicles outside the
Little Canada City limits.
The plan included shows the storage areas which are considerably less than 60 %.
Respectfully,
gee focYour
(651) 308 - 2999
