P. 02/02 <br />PETITION FOR HOUSING IMPROVEMENT AREA <br />Little Canada, Minnesota July 2008), <br />To the City Council of Little Canada, Minnesota: <br />We, the undersigned, owners of not less than 25 percent of the real property located 101 <br />through 376 of Apartment Ownership No. 074, Canabury Square, City of Little Canada, <br />Country of Ramsey, and State of Minnesota, a map of which is attached as Exhibit 1, hereby <br />petition that the City hold a public hearing to determine whether such area should be declared <br />a Housing Improvement Area pursuant to Minnesota Statues, Chapter 428A_ The <br />undersigned owners understand that, if enacted, all owners in the proposed district will be <br />subject to fees related to future improvements in the district.
