301. UN O M MINNESOTA STATE BUILDING CODE ADOPTION 301.010. APPLICATION, ADMINISTRATION AND ENFORCEMENT. The application, administration, and enforcement of the Minnesota State Building Code shall be in accordance with Minnesota Rule Chapter 1300. The code enforcement agency of the City of Little Canada shall be the Building Code Department. The code shall be enforced by the Minnesota Certified Building Official designated by the City Council to administer the code as ant horizaci_by .Minn. Sttit. *16E3.65. ;Stated,_ 301.020. PERMITS AND FEES. The issuance of permits and the collection of fees shall be as authorized by Minn. Stat. §16B.62. Permit fees shall be assessed for work governed by this code in accordance with the fee schedule adopted by the City of Little Canada. In addition, a surcharge fee shall be collected on all permits issued for work governed by this code in accordance with Minn. Stat. § 16B.70. 301.030. VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES. The Minnesota State Building Code, as adopted by the Commissioner of Administration Labor and Industry, pursuant to Minn. Stat. §§ 16B.59 to 16B.75, including all of the amendments, rules and regulations established, adopted and published from time to time by the Minnesota 0 ConittinissietweiciftAelnitinistitattion Department o Labor and Industry, through the Building Codes and Standards Division, is hereby adopted by reference. The Minnesota State Building Code is hereby incorporated in this ordinance as if fully set out herein. A.
