As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is T.A. Schifsky & Sons. The <br />total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $1,214,624.26. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $60,731.21 and previous payments of $983,701.74, the <br />amount due the Contractor is $170,191.30. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for placement of the bituminous wear and striping <br />on Viking Drive and Canabury Drive. We have inspected the work preformed by T.A <br />Schifsky & Sons and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
