As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Redstone Construction <br />Company, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is <br />$219,873,60. Subtracting 5% retainage of $10,993.68, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$208,879.92. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for completion of the railroad jacking north of <br />County Road B2 and nearly all watermain installation on the Roseville Middle School <br />property and on the new building site for St. Jude Medical. We have inspected the work <br />preformed by Redstone Construction and find it to be in compliance with the plans, <br />specifications, and contract documents.
