INVENTORY Education The following table illustrates education levels for Little Canada residents ages 25 and over as of 2000. Approximately 90 percent of the City's population had attained a high school diploma or higher degree, while 28 percent of the population has attained a Bachelor's degree or higher. In comparison, Ramsey County as a whole had 87 percent of the population with a high school degree or higher and 34 percent with a Bachelor's degree or higher in 2000. As shown in the graph, Little Canada's percent of high school graduate is equal to that of the Metro Area and slightly higher than that of Ramsey County and Minnesota as a whole.
