CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
July 9, 2008
Joel Hanson
City of Little Canada
515 Little Canada Road E
Little Canada, MN 55117
We appreciate your continued support of the Twin Cities North Chamber of Commerce. Your company has
been a member since 2006. Your yearly membership investment of $260 has come due and we look forward
to being able to continue our partnership with you and your organization. The Twin Cities North Chamber
Board of Directors and staff are excited about the opportunities available to you and your organization. We
sincerely hope that reinvesting in the Twin Cities North Chamber is an easy decision.
Listed below are selected recent accomplishments of your Chamber as we invite you to reinvest.
• The Chamber's membership continues to grow, approaching 500 members.
• Ongoing marketing efforts to support your business and the community include the production of
a community map, the publication of a community magazine, the redevelopment of the website, and a
fresh newsletter design.
• Our voice before state and local government has become even stronger with a continued focus on
transportation congestion in the northern twin cities area, the cost of health care, and numerous
important local issues.
Our Public Policy Committee promises to keep the business community unified on important issues
as well as provide a forum to educate the membership.
• Our networking activities have never been more targeted. Breakfast Forums address the concerns
of local businesses while monthly Business Essentials Luncheons provide a forum for presenting
information on growing a business. The Chamber hosts over a dozen events each month.
• As one of the Chamber's strengths, volunteerism is a demonstrated part of our culture with many
active volunteers.
Committees and Task Forces continue to be extremely effective, organizing everything from the
Annual Gala to the Spring and Fall Golf Tournaments.
• Hundreds of business referrals were sent out this past year based on community and relocation
requests.
These are just a few of the items your support trade possible this past year. Reinvesting with the Chamber
allows us to continue in our vision of inspiring and strengthening businesses and communities in the northern
Twin Cities area. Please continue your membership today.
Please take a moment to review and return the enclosed information form. This form contains the information
that appears in the annual membership directory as well as on -line at www.twincitiesnorth.org. If you have
any questions about your membership, feel free to call the Chamber office at 763 -571 -9781.
