I- Janson <br />www. ci.little- canada. mn. us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Kathy Glanzer, City Clerk <br />DATE: June 21, 2007 <br />RE: Gambling License Renewal — Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council <br />License Period — September 1, 2007 through August 31, 2009 <br />Lake Owasso Residence Volunteer Council is requesting renewal of their Gambling License and <br />Premises Permit in order to continue their gambling operation at the Little Canada Bingo Hall. <br />License renewal forms are in order; however, organization is finalizing lease negotiations with <br />the tenant. Lake Owasso is current with the City on 10% Fund payments. <br />Subject to finalization of the lease at the Market Place Shopping Center, staff recommends <br />approval of the license renewal. <br />
