Golf Store <br />31. New home builder and remodeling center showroom to include <br />tenants that sell the following type of products: <br />a. Sale of home theater and satellite TV <br />b. Cabinet Showroom <br />c. Appliances <br />d. Lighting Store <br />e. Pool and Hot Tub Store <br />f. Billiards / Game Store <br />g. Exercise Equipment Store <br />h. Outdoors Play systems <br />i. Landscape design center <br />j. Decks, Fences and Patio enclosures <br />k. Closet design and sales <br />1. Plumbing design and fixture <br />m. Draperies <br />n. Windows and doors <br />B. Accessory Uses. The following shall be permitted accessory <br />uses to an established principal use within the PUD District: <br />1. Signs according to the requirements of Little Canada Zoning <br />Ordinance Section 903.110, and according to plans submitted to <br />and approved by the City Council, subject to the following <br />stipulations: <br />a. The applicant shall not be required to submit an amendment <br />to the signage plan for the site, provided that total <br />signage does not exceed fifteen percent (156) of the north <br />and east building silhouettes. <br />b. Two freestanding signs are allowed, per approved plans. <br />2. Seasonal Garden Center if associated with one of the existing <br />tenants <br />3. Tent Sales allowed for a maximum 30 days per year, subject to <br />licensing by the City Clerk <br />4. Search Lights and other Temporary signage allowed subject to <br />the requirements of Little Canada Zoning Ordinance Section <br />903.110.4. <br />4 <br />
