Richardson, Ray (MN11)
Subject: conditional use permit
I would like to build a garage 26'X57'.6" , 1497.6 sqft. The garage will be used for an antique car, daily driver cars,
motorcycle, boat, snowmobiles, garden tiller, lawn mowers, bicycles, yard and garden equipment. I will not be using the
garage for any type of business, only storage for my wife, son and myself. The building will be 8 foot walls with one row of
cement block with a hip roof, I'm going to tear down my house and build a new one after I pay the garage off, we have a
1974 prefab home not worth putting any more money into but like our location, it will be used for additional storage at that
time as well. the exterior walls will either be stucco or cement board same color as the house but an upgrade from the vinyl
siding now on the house, the new house will match the garage when that's built, it does not match material now but does in
color and still will. I will be building the garage a little farther back so my son can play basketball in front. There will be a
storage shed and some sort of rented portable storage during construction that will be removed when garage is secure
enough from theft. There will be asphalt going to just the main entry door in front just like now.
ThF C'u,e,2eu 4 4c -f- w c de ,ec Re "/'
577)R7-5
