The caller told the City he was informed the violations had been corrected <br />with the site and wanted to confirm the status with us. The City told this caller that only <br />the imminent hazardous conditions have been corrected to our knowledge. If he wanted <br />to review the violation reports, they were available at city offices. <br />A letter was sent to you on February 8, 2007. In this letter, you were given 90 days to <br />apply for the required permits needed to correct the violations noted in the Fire Inspection <br />Report, Evaluation/Damage Report and the letter prepared by the Electrical Inspector. <br />This letter is being sent as a reminder to you. that the deadline to submit the <br />required construction documents and apply for these permits is Wednesday, May 9, <br />2007. No work should be started prior to permit approval. <br />I have attached a copy of the original letter sent and the following reports: Electrical <br />Hazards, Fire Hazards, Building Code Hazards, and Imminent Hazards.
