This proposal is <br />valid only if RJ Marco performs the repair work quoted in proposal dated 2/20/07. <br />Alternate #3 add $ 5,852.00 <br />• Brick halfwall at exterior stairway in lieu of steel guard rail <br />Lay brick on poured wall at stairway, double width wall 40" high, 12" wide, <br />16-4" long. Includes metal cap on top <br />(includes credit for steel guard rail, steel hand rail still required) <br />• Alternate #4 add $ 6,938.00 <br />HVAC screen wall brick veneer <br />Install 1/2" treated plywood sheathing over existing siding on HVAC screen <br />wall on one side only (side facing the street), install thin brick veneer over <br />new plywood sheathing.
