MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />FEBRUARY 8, 2007 <br />CUP'S & TEXT <br />AMENDMENT — <br />3161 -3167 <br />SPRUCE <br />STREET — <br />VALOR <br />ENTERPRISES <br />PLANNING <br />SEMINARS <br />ADJOURN <br />Duray recommended approval of a Planned Unit Development Permit to <br />allow for an interim use of commercial property for a private auto repair <br />hobbyist, located at 2968 Rice Street, the Ann Trobec property, subject to <br />compliance with the recommendations of the City Planner as outlined on <br />page 4 of his report dated February 2, 2007, and giving the property owner <br />six months to clean up the outdoor storage, junk, and debris that exists on <br />the site. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />It was noted that Fred Sedaghat, Valor Enterprises, has requested that <br />his applications be tabled until the March Planning Commission <br />meeting. The City Cleric noted that the City has received the appropriate <br />sixty day waiver. <br />Barraclough recommended the tabling of the following applications as <br />requested by Valor Enterprises: <br />o Conditional Use Permit for retail motor vehicle sales lot; <br />o Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage of repairable <br />motor vehicles and storage containers; <br />o Text Amendment to the City Code increasing the maximum <br />number of retail motor vehicle sales licenses (outdoor) from <br />four to five. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />The City Planner noted the Planning Seminars that are offered by <br />Government Training Services, and encouraged the Commissioners to <br />attend. The City Clerk indicated that she would register the Commissioners <br />for any of the seminars they are interested in attending. <br />Barraclough recommended that the meeting be adjourned. <br />Motion seconded by Socha. <br />Motion carried 5 — 0. <br />- 9 - <br />
