Minnesota Statutes require that levies (taxes and special <br />assessments) for debt service be at least 105% of the actual debt service requirements to allow for delinquencies. <br />This reflects the Final Levy Certification of the City after all adjustments have been made. <br />Collections are through December 31, 2006. <br />17 <br />
