The Financial Statements have been prepared by the City and audited by a certified public <br />accountant. The Management's Discussion and Analysis and the Notes to Financial Statements are an integral part <br />of the audit and any judgment of the Financial Statements should be based on the Financial Statements as a whole. <br />Copies of the complete audited financial statements for the past three years and the current budget are available upon <br />request from Ehlers. <br />A -1 <br />
