E. Animal impoundment fee $12.00 <br />(Paid by the animal owner upon reclaiming) <br />F. Price per animal for disposal of a cat $20.00 <br />G. Kennel Vaccinations to stop Various Diseases from time to Time $3.00 per shot <br />(To be paid by animal owner if claimed, if not the City) <br />I. Boarding fee to keep Dead Domestic animals for reclaiming not to exceed the <br />required (6) days. (To be paid by the animal owner if claimed, if not the City) <br />$ 5.00 per day <br />12. "ACSI" reserves the right to increase fees for patrol hours if the possibility of future fuel <br />prices increases beyond $3.50 per gallon. "ACSI" shall give written notice to the "City" <br />showing the reason for the increase. <br />13. All payments shall be made by the "City" of Little Canada, upon receipt of monthly <br />statements by "ACSI ". Invoices for services rendered will be due net 30 days from the <br />date of invoice and will be subject to a 1.5% service charge on balance due each month. <br />14. "ACSI" agrees to provide emergency veterinary services to impounded animals as <br />needed at cost to the "City" of Little Canada; however, veterinary service that was <br />deemed necessary may be charged to the owner upon reclamation of the animal. <br />15. "ACSI" agrees that during the period of this contract, it will not within the State of <br />Minnesota, discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of <br />race, color, creed, sex, national origin, or ancestry and will include a similar provision in <br />all subcontract(s) entered into for the performance, hereof. This paragraph is inserted in <br />the contract to comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 181.59. <br />16. "ACSI" agree to comply with the Minnesota Data Practices Act and all other State and <br />Federal laws relating to data privacy or confidentiality. "ACSI" agrees it will <br />immediately report to the "City" of Little Canada any requests from third parties for <br />information relating to the Agreement. <br />18. "ACSI" agrees to promptly respond to inquiries from the "City" of Little Canada <br />concerning data requests. <br />19. "ACSI" agrees to hold the "City" of Little Canada, its department heads and employees <br />harmless from and claims resulting from the unlawful disclosure of the use of the data <br />protection under State and Federal laws. <br />20. "ACSI" agrees to abide by the requirements and regulations of the Americans with <br />Disabilities Act 1990 (ADA) the Human Rights Act (Minnesota Chapters 363 and Title <br />VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
