Hanson <br />www.ci.little-canada.mn.us <br />MEMORANDUM <br />TO: Mayor Blesener and Members of the City Council <br />FROM: Joel Hanson, City Administrator <br />DATE: January 5, 2007 <br />RE: Fire Station Re -Roof <br />The City has been working with Roof Spec, Inc. to develop the design and specifications <br />for the re -roof of the Fire Station. That work will be completed within the next couple of <br />weeks. The Building Official, Fire Chief, and I will be reviewing the design and <br />specifications prior to letting the project out for bid later in January. <br />Staff recommends that the Council authorize the advertisement for bid for the fire station <br />re -roof subject to review and approval of the design and specifications by City staff. <br />
