The City also acknowledges your request for an extension of time limit under <br />MN 15.99, Subd. 3(g), specifically requesting a 120 day review period. You noted in your request <br />your initial application date of December 26, 2006. <br />Please be advised that given the 120 day review period you requested, these applications could be <br />considered at the meetings listed below: <br />February Planning Cycle: <br />Planning Commission — February 8, 2007 <br />City Council — February 28, 2007 <br />March Planning Cycle: <br />Planning Commission — March 8, 2007 <br />City Council — March 28, 2007 <br />Please advise us no later than ten days prior to the February Planning Commission meeting whether <br />you want to your applications to be considered at that meeting.
