As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Engineering & Construction <br />Innovations, Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate <br />is $24,800.00. Subtracting 5% retainage of $1,240.00, the amount due the Contractor is <br />$23,560.00. <br />This pay estimate includes installation of the lift station located on County Road B2 just <br />west of the Gervias Hills development. We have inspected the work preformed by <br />Engineering & Construction Innovations, Inc. and find it to be in compliance with the <br />plans, specifications, and contract documents.
