As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Hoffman and McNamara. <br />The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $97,854.00. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $4,892.70, the amount due the Contractor is $92,961.30. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for the site grading and construction of the retaining <br />wall. We have inspected the work preformed by Hoffman and McNamara and find it to <br />be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents.
