EXTRACT OF THE MINUTES COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA NOVEMBER 21, 2011 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Little Canada met in regular session at the City Center on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. The following members were absent: None. introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 2011 -11- A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR UNPAID DEVELOPER DEPOSIT /ABATEMENT BALANCES COUNTY NO. 53120001 TERM — ONE YEAR WHEREAS, Pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the Council has met and heard on unpaid abatement balances that have been proposed to be assessed to property taxes for the year payable 2012. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE CANADA, MINNESOTA: 1. The City Council has reviewed the assessment roll for unpaid developer deposit /abatement balances and finds it to be in order and declares that these unpaid balances shall be certified to property taxes payable in 2012. 2. The City Administrator shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property tax lists of the County. Such assessments shall be collected and paid over in the same manner as other municipal taxes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Council Member McGraw and upon vote taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Blesener, Boss, Keis, McGraw, and Montour. and the following voted against the same: None. Whereupon said resolution was declared and duty passed and adopted. 2
