Hanson <br />RE: Massage Therapy Business License (Accessory) & Therapist License <br />Salon 514 — 2900 Rice Street <br />Amanda Wagner -Hyatt <br />Amanda Wagner- I -iyatt is applying for a Massage Therapy Business License as an <br />accessory use to Salon 514 located in the Market Place Shopping Center. I believe she <br />will also need to apply for a Masage Therapist License. No more than three massage <br />therapists are allowed to be licensed with this premise. <br />Based on a satisfactory Sheriff's Background Check and all completed application <br />documentation, stall recommends approval of a Massage Therapy Business License and a <br />Massage Therapist License as requested by Ms. Wagner- L -Iyatt for Salon 514 at 2900 <br />Rice Street. <br />
