The <br />City had a 12 -foot drainage and utility easement over the existing lot line (6 feet on either <br />side) and would like to shift the easement to the re- established lot line. Staff would <br />recommend that the Council approve a shift of the 12 -foot drainage and utility easement <br />south so that it sits on the new, re- established lot line between 300 South Owasso Blvd. <br />and 2945 Condit St. with the entire 12 feet on the 300 South Owasso Blvd. property. <br />
