CITY OF LITTLE CANADA <br />RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT <br />WHEREAS, <br />The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following drainage and <br />utility easement according to the law: <br />The 12 foot wide drainage and utility easement, being 6 feet wide on each side of <br />the lot line between said Lot 3, Block I and Outlot B, YORKTON NORTH <br />PHASE II, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. <br />Excepting any part of the above described easement that lies within the easterly <br />10 feet, and the westerly 6 feet, measured perpendicular from the east and west <br />lines of said Lot 3, Block 1 and Outlot B. <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />A public hearing was held on August 22, 2007 before the City Council in the City Center <br />after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a <br />reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and <br />all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; <br />AND WHEREAS, <br />Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the <br />property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon <br />such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair; replace, remove, store or <br />otherwise attend thereto; <br />
