CITY OF LITTLE CANADA RESOLUTION VACATING DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WHEREAS, The City Council of Little Canada has determined to vacate the following drainage and utility easement according to the law: The 12 foot wide drainage and utility easement, being 6 feet wide on each side of the lot line between said Lot 3, Block I and Outlot B, YORKTON NORTH PHASE II, according to the recorded plat thereof, Ramsey County, Minnesota. Excepting any part of the above described easement that lies within the easterly 10 feet, and the westerly 6 feet, measured perpendicular from the east and west lines of said Lot 3, Block 1 and Outlot B. AND WHEREAS, A public hearing was held on August 22, 2007 before the City Council in the City Center after due published and posted notice had been given by the City Administrator, a reasonable attempt was made to give personal notice to all affected property owners, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard; AND WHEREAS, Any person, corporation, or city owning or controlling easements contained upon the property vacated, reserves the right to continue maintaining the same or to enter upon such way or portion thereof vacated to maintain, repair; replace, remove, store or otherwise attend thereto;
