City of Little Canada, Minnesota <br />Ordinance <br />A AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 903.110 OF THE LITTLE CANADA <br />CITY CODE, KNOWN AS THE SIGN ORDINANCE, BY DELETING THE PREVIOUS <br />SECTION 903.100 AND REPLACING IT IN ITS ENTIRETY, PROVIDING FOR <br />PUBLICATION OF THE REVISED ORDINANCE IN SUMMARY FORM, AND <br />PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF DYNAMIC (ELECTRONIC) SIGNS, AS <br />WELL AS AMENDING REGULATIONS FOR HOLIDAY DISPLAYS, REAL ESTATE <br />SIGNS, GRAND OPENING SIGNS, AND TEMPORARY SIGNS. <br />The City Council of the City of Little Canada hereby ordains: <br />Section 1. <br />Section 903.110 is hereby deleted in its entirety. <br />Section 2. <br />Section 903.110 is hereby amended per Ordinance on file with the <br />City Clerk, a summary of which follows: <br />Section 903.110.A. adds to the Purpose Statement for Sign <br />Regulations. <br />Section 903.110.B.1.e. revises regulations relating to Holiday <br />Displays. <br />Section 903.110.3.1.9. revises purpose and findings for Real <br />Estate Sale and Rental Signs. <br />Section 903.110.3.1.g.(3) provides for the prohibition of <br />lighting certain Real Estate Signs. <br />Section 903.110.C.2.a. provides for the regulations and <br />licensing of Dynamic or Electronic Signs. <br />Section 903.110.C.4.a.(4) provides for a limitation on the <br />display of temporary signs. <br />Section 903.110.C.4.e. provides for temporary signage for new <br />businesses. <br />Section 903.110.C.11. deletes provisions relating to "Grand <br />Opening Signs ". <br />
