As you are aware, the Contractor for the project is Quality Restoration Services, <br />Inc. The total amount earned by the Contractor on this partial pay estimate is $499.57. <br />Subtracting 5% retainage of $24.98, the amount due the Contractor is $474.59. <br />This pay estimate includes payment for boulevard and ditch restoration work at the <br />Resources for Child Caring site. We have inspected the work preformed by Quality <br />Restoration Services and find it to be in compliance with the plans, specifications, and <br />contract documents.
