Please note that Mn/DOT's review of this EAW does <br />not constitute approval of a regional traffic analysis and is not a specific approval for access or <br />new roadway improvements. As plans are refined, we would like the opportunity to meet with our <br />partners and to review the updated information. Mn/DOT's staff has reviewed the document and <br />has the following comments: <br />Water Resources: <br />The site drains to MN /DOT right -of -way, therefore, a MN /DOT Drainage Permit will be required <br />to ensure that current drainage rates to MN/DOT right -of -way will not be increased. The <br />drainage permit application must include the following information: <br />A grading plan showing existing and proposed contours. <br />Drainage area maps for the proposed project, showing existing and proposed <br />drainage areas. Any off -site areas that drain to the project area must be included <br />in the drainage area maps. The direction of flow for each drainage area must be <br />indicated by arrows. <br />Drainage computations for pre and post construction conditions during 2, 10, 50, <br />and 100 year rain events. <br />An electronic copy of computer modeling use for the drainage computations. <br />For questions regarding these points, please contact Rusty Nereng, MN /DOT Water Resources <br />Section, at (651) 234 -7510. <br />RECENED <br />Permits: tiuii :f. 0 2007 <br />SIT!
